Neighborhoods
Six neighborhoods, three gates
Pick the gate. Then pick the street.
Every neighborhood below shows the drive to the gate you would actually use, timed at commute hours, with a note when the evening direction runs against traffic. Gates and their hours change; confirm against current post information before you commit.
The gate is the installation entrance you would drive through every day. Minutes are measured at 0630 and 1700, the hours you would actually drive, not at noon.
North Gate
Open around the clock. The commuter gate for the river side of town.
Ridge Gate
Early morning to late evening. The southwest approach, closest to the older core and the ridge subdivisions.
Harbor Gate
Commercial and delivery traffic. Peaks early. Plan around it, not through it.

min
North Gate
Harrow Ridge
$520,000
to
$680,000
Twenty-four minutes against the grain in the morning. The county road is two lanes; a slow truck is the variance.
min
Ridge Gate
